Dr. Jacobs is a Board Certified Ear, Nose and Throat surgeon accomplished in all aspects of the specialty, both medical and surgical. He is on the surgical staff at Scripps Memorial Hospital in Encinitas, Tri-City Medical Center and North Coast Surgery Center. He is a native of Southern California, born and raised in Los Angeles where he attended college and medical school and UCLA, graduating with honors. He attended UCSD for internship and residency in Head and Neck Surgery and then entered private practice at his current office in Oceanside.
